Orders & Payment
No, you can checkout as a guest.
We accept major payment methods such as Credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay.
You’ll receive the invoice by email after placing your order. If you need your VAT number included, email us with your: Order number and VAT number. We’ll send you an updated invoice within 24 hours.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship to worldwide countries. Delivery times depend on carrier and destination.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Check your spam/junk folder. If you still can’t find it, it’s possible your email address was entered incorrectly. Contact us with your name & order number and we’ll resend the email.
First, wait 24 hours in case the carrier updated early. Then:
- Check with neighbours or your building’s reception.
- If still no parcel, open a claim with the carrier and send us their case number so we can follow up.
- We’ll assist you through this process.

Yes, all our cosmetic nail products comply with EU regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 and are manufactured under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). We take quality seriously. And all our products are declared on the Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP), an obligation for all cosmetics sold in the EU.
No, our products are not tested on animals , in accordance with EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, which explicitly prohibits animal testing for cosmetic products and ingredients within the EU.
