Orders & Payment
No, you can order without creating an account.
We accept major payment methods such as credit/debit card, PayPal and Apple Pay.
You will receive your invoice by email after placing your order.
If you would like your VAT number to be included, please send us an email with: your order number and your VAT number.
We will send you an updated invoice within 24 hours.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver worldwide. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Check your spam folder.
If you still can't find it, it's possible that your email address was entered incorrectly.
Contact us with your name and order number, and we will resend the email.
Wait 24 hours first in case the carrier updated the tracking too early.
Afterwards :
- Check with your neighbors or the reception of your building.
- If the package has still not been found, file a claim with the carrier and send us their case number so we can follow up on the situation.

Yes, our products are designed to be compatible with most professional nail art brands that you use and trust.
Yes, all our nail cosmetic products comply with EU Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 and are manufactured according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). We take quality very seriously.
In addition, all our products are declared on the Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP), a requirement for all cosmetics sold in the EU.
No, our products are not tested on animals, in accordance with EU cosmetics regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, which explicitly prohibits animal testing for cosmetic products and ingredients within the EU.
