If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Remember to include your order number so we can assist you promptly.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Since our products are nail polishes and gels, we can only accept returns if the items are:

• Completely unopened

• Not used

• In their original sealed packaging

• In perfect condition and resalable

For hygiene, safety and quality control reasons, any opened or used product cannot be returned or refunded.

We also reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds if we believe the return policy is being misused.
